These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hizy platform, including the website, mobile-optimised interface, game lobby, sportsbook, payment facilities, and all related services offered by hizy ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Eligibility

Clause 1.1

Age Verification

The hizy Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. hizy reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point during your use of the Platform. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, hizy may suspend your account and withhold any funds pending in the account until verification is completed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method, net of any winnings generated.

Clause 1.2

Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the hizy Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. hizy makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk and hizy accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access. By continuing to use the Platform, you warrant that you have satisfied yourself that your use is legally permissible.

Clause 1.3

Prohibited Persons

hizy employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of any of the foregoing are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform. Additionally, individuals who have been identified as problem gamblers through self-exclusion programmes operated by hizy or any third-party responsible gaming organisation are prohibited from registering or maintaining an active account. If hizy becomes aware that a prohibited person holds an account, the account will be closed and any remaining balance returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

2. Account Registration and Management

Clause 2.1

Registration Requirements

To open a hizy account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are not permitted and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts. hizy uses the mobile number provided at registration as the primary identifier for your account and as the channel for OTP-based security verification.

Clause 2.2

KYC Verification

hizy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that all account holders are required to complete before withdrawals can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card or passport) and, where requested, proof of address. hizy may request additional documentation at any time if it deems this necessary for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hizy may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals.

Clause 2.3

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hizy account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place through your account while your credentials are used — whether by you or by any third party who has obtained access to your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify hizy's customer support immediately. hizy will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hizy Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hizy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to individual transaction limits and method availability at the time of the transaction. hizy does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

Clause 3.1

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit accepted by hizy is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit specified in these Terms, however individual payment methods may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your hizy account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. hizy is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by the payment provider's systems, network issues, or maintenance windows. In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify hizy immediately and the erroneous amount will be reversed.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into your hizy account, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hizy aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, however processing times may vary based on the payment provider. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. hizy reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is substantial or where account activity triggers a security review.

Clause 3.3

Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, money laundering, or any activity designed to circumvent the Platform's payment controls, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities. hizy cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in investigations relating to financial crime conducted through or in connection with the Platform. If a chargeback is raised in relation to a deposit made into your account, hizy reserves the right to freeze your account pending investigation and to recover any funds associated with the disputed transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

hizy offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific bonus terms shall prevail over this section. hizy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Clause 4.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your hizy account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using bonus funds and any associated real-money balance within the time period specified for that bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus funds and any associated winnings being forfeited. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100% while certain table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the bonus terms.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Abuse

hizy actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk, placing offsetting bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, or any other conduct that hizy determines to be exploitative of its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, hizy reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Clause 4.3

Promotion Eligibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all promotions offered by hizy are available to verified account holders who are in good standing, have completed KYC, and are not subject to any account restrictions at the time the promotion is claimed. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. hizy is not obliged to offer the same promotion to all players simultaneously. Promotional offers communicated by email, SMS, or push notification are personalised and may not be transferable to other accounts.

5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

hizy is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and seek help if needed. Players are expected to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms at all times.

Clause 5.1

Responsible Gaming Tools

hizy provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings: daily, weekly, and monthly BDT deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and full self-exclusion periods of up to 6 months. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and may not be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after a reduction is applied. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who feel they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact hizy support or seek guidance from a qualified counselling service.

Clause 5.2

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hizy Platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action: using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform; using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime; impersonating another person or providing false identity information; attempting to access the Platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographical restrictions; and any conduct that hizy reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its games or the experience of other players.

Clause 5.3

Account Suspension and Closure

hizy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration or verification, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the account holder, hizy may withhold all or part of the account balance. Where closure is initiated by hizy for reasons unrelated to any breach by the account holder, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable time.

6. Intellectual Property, Disputes, and Amendments

Clause 6.1

Intellectual Property

All content on the hizy Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of hizy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hizy.

Clause 6.2

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute relating to your hizy account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, you must first contact hizy's customer support team and allow a reasonable time for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. hizy aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may request escalation to hizy's designated dispute resolution process. hizy's determination following a completed internal investigation will be final and binding in respect of game outcomes that are demonstrably consistent with the relevant game's certified RNG results.

Clause 6.3

Amendments to These Terms

hizy may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — hizy will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered account holders via their registered contact details. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of any clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the hizy Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hizy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hizy account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hizy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if hizy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hizy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hizy makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Platform's content for any purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hizy shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the hizy Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over disputes arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
